The layout of the buildings is both intricate and practical, skilfully spread across a sprawling 19,000sqm plot to maximize space and create various courtyards, loggias, and outdoor areas for relaxation and leisure. Enhanced by the natural pine woodland that characterizes the region, the hotel cultivates a serene atmosphere that embraces its guests.

Spanning over 20,000sqm, the hotel boasts 150 rooms spread across three floors above ground level, each carefully positioned to optimize and magnify the breathtaking ocean views. The design is a harmonious dance of volumes and heights, resulting in facades that radiate distinct tones depending on the orientation of the sun, paying homage to the traditional architecture of southern Spain along the pathways.

The building is thoughtfully arranged around a series of courtyards adorned with lush gardens, invigorating swimming pools, and relaxing water slides. This composition creates a multitude of spaces and pathways throughout the complex, allowing guests to revel and enjoy in the extraordinary scenic environment of its surroundings.
