Drawing inspiration from the traditional design of Spanish hillside villages, the resort emulates the heart of a village, with its central building overlooking a courtyard that serves as a focal point, much like a town square where people come together.
As guests’ journey from the entrance to the ocean natural pool carved among the rocks, the ever-changing landscapes and panoramic views add a layer of fascination and discovery to the experience, creating an environment that continually captivates visitors.
The site’s steep slope is ingeniously utilized to create diverse landscape experiences, thoughtfully linking terraces, lush green rooftops, inviting courtyards, and captivating water features, forming intimate neighbourhoods within this singular village – a dynamic piece of living architecture.
The architectural aesthetics take cues from the vernacular style of the Canary Islands, featuring white stucco, ornate dark wood elements, and local “Ayaguara” stone accents.
The addition of Moorish influences, reflecting the island’s proximity to Morocco, adds a distinctive character, infusing Gran Canaria with a refined and elegant new concept.
