Located just 300m from the coastline, the project benefits from spectacular views to the ocean.
When our client made the decision to commission this residential project, they immediately faced the challenge of maximizing the plot area to accommodate two separate luxury houses, each equipped with all the features that modern living requires.

By utilizing the local regulations in our favour, we have designed a modern and sleek aesthetic for the façade, with strategically placed openings that offer breathtaking views. We have taken the traditional white village architecture to new heights by infusing it with a touch of modernity.
In keeping with traditional Spanish architecture, the two houses are connected by a central patio that serves as the focal point for the interior spaces.
This patio not only provides abundant natural light, but also creates a play of shadows.
The suspended staircases facing the 2-storey glass wall of the patio offer a unique and singular perspective to the interiors, revising again the concept of traditional Andalusian patios.
Each house is spread across two floors, boasting four bedrooms and four bathrooms (three of which are ensuite), as well as a rooftop terrace with views overlooking the ocean. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and jacuzzi, providing the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment.
Additionally, each house boasts a garden area on the lower floor, completed with an outdoor kitchen and infinity pool, as well as a dedicated parking area.
