The building features a rectangular-shaped floor plan, specifically designed for office spaces, with a straight perimeter that maximizes modularity and cost-effectiveness through the repetition of floors.

This design approach ensures a flexible and commercially viable building for the future. Additionally, the exterior façade beautifully combines glass walls with black frames, which integrate the structural slabs of each floor seamlessly.

A silver arch surrounds the tower, acting as a spectacular a window that frames the sky at its peak.

This emblematic and powerful image not only reflects the vibrant and progressive spirit of the city but also represents the values and forward-thinking of one of the most significant petroleum companies in the world, REPSOL-YPF.

With a total built area of 100,000 square meters, the tower boasts a remarkable 54 floors, of which 34 are dedicated to offices, 8 house technical facilities, and 5 serve as water tanks, with an additional 5 underground floors designated for parking.
